The Website + HubSpot Starter Guide form collects your first name and email address. Dare2Dream, operated by JM Pederi, uses this information to record and manage your resource request in HubSpot. The guide opens on this website after submission; this flow does not send an automated email or enroll you in ongoing marketing updates.

HubSpot processes the form submission and may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details. Its embedded form can use cookies and similar technologies. HubSpot privacy information.

For questions about your request, or to request access, correction or deletion of your details, contact pederijm@gmail.com. We retain request records until they are no longer needed for this purpose or you request deletion, subject to any applicable obligations.

We have not added advertising pixels or a separate visitor analytics script. The prospect-tracker resource page remains closed for requests. Ongoing marketing, if offered later, will have a separate choice.

Prysm iO resource requests

The Prysm iO form collects your first name, email and optional follow-up preference. Dare2Dream / JM Pederi records the request in HubSpot and provides an immediate PDF download on this website. It does not send an automated email or enrol you in ongoing marketing.

If you select the optional checkbox, JM may email you about a Prysm iO scan or Nu Skin supplement options. The box is unchecked by default and is not needed to download the PDF. To withdraw that request, email pederijm@gmail.com. We do not request scan scores, medical history or other health records in this form.

Prysm iO is a Nu Skin device. JM is a Nu Skin affiliate and may earn from related purchases. No product purchase or business enrolment is required to access the resource.
